Offers

Submitting your information through any form on this site does not create an offer to purchase real estate. Any offer Maple Home Buyers makes will be in writing and signed by an authorized representative. Requesting an offer is free and creates no obligation to sell.

Text messaging terms

Program. Maple Home Buyers sends text messages to property owners who request a cash offer or contact us. Messages cover your property inquiry, your offer, scheduling, and follow-ups.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (415) 800-1415 or info@maplehomebuyers.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
