Maple Home Buyers were so helpful I cannot thank them enough. My widowed sister had lived in her home over 50+ years and since her husband died 17 yrs ago the house had been neglected. I needed to move her into a facility, sort thru the house, sell it, the contents and her car. I am in my 80's, lived over 100 miles away and although I am very active, it was a difficult and incredibly stressful situation. I had been a realtor in the past and so knew what was involved, particularly as the market was very slow. I considered all the options, the difference it would make to the price and 40 years ago I would have been gung-ho to remodel it but not now! I interviewed realtors but then decided, 1 day before I was about to list with a realtor, to call Maple Homes. I am so glad I did. They provided an excellent service and the specialist who helped me was so helpful even after the transaction closed. It was such a relief, 1 week later, the house was sold, closed escrow and I could walk out the door and not worry about a thing. I was satisfied with the price, it was firm, there were no closing costs, repair bills, inspections, title problems or anything else for me to worry about. Plus living so far away from the property, they sent a notary to my sisters home so that she could sign. They were a life saver and I am so happy that I went with them. I did my due diligence prior to signing, spoke with a couple of previous clients, the escrow officer, searched reviews and checked BBB ratings (A+). I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them.

A blessing for our family on a $2M+ family home sale

Maple Home Buyers was a blessing for our family. Selling our longtime family home was a very emotional decision. We are longtime residents, fourth generation living in Silicon Valley, and our family is made up of working professionals, so trust and integrity were very important to us. There were four siblings involved, along with children and grandchildren, so there were a lot of moving parts and stress. Helped us avoid probate complications and gave us a free rent-back

Maple Home Buyers was an absolute blessing to our family during a very difficult and emotional time. This was a long time family home filled with memories, and we were also dealing with complicated title matters, trust issues, and concerns that could have led to probate or lien problems. Sold dad's home of 40 years as executor of the estate

My father lived in his home for over 40 years. During that time he accumulated a lot of furnishings, tools, and personal items. As Executor of his estate, I, along with my family made the decision to sell his home. We knew we had a huge undertaking in front of us. I researched both listing the home with a realty company and a company that purchases homes as is. I placed a call to Maple Home Buyers and spoke with one of their representatives. Maple Home Buyers met me the following day at my father's house. We did a quick walkthrough of the property. We negotiated a very fair price that day, including a non-refundable earnest money deposit in an escrow account. Included in the negotiation was their offer to leave any furnishings in the home for Maple Home Buyers to remove. We were given the opportunity to choose a closing date on the house which allowed the family enough time to go through the home to remove personal items. As promised they purchased the home completely as is, charged no commission or hidden fees, and honored the agreed upon price with no changes. I'm a retired construction professional, 35+ years as a carpenter/contractor/building inspector. After my father passed in 2012, I inherited assets that I used to purchase a second home in Martinez, CA. The project started mid 2018 with demo, then a foundation replacement and rebuild. Many things came and went during construction; Covid, supply chain issues, MASSIVE inflation etc, but finally, in mid-2024 I sold that home. I then bought a place in Minden NV. I had been collecting bulk hardcopy advertising offering cash, as is offers for years. I scheduled visits from 9 or 10 firms, including Maple Home Buyers. Most of them were not interested in making cash offers of their own but were looking to convince me to list the home. A couple claimed to have INVESTORS lined up. The realtors with the investors were just trying to wholesale the property and make their percentage. A high offer, then inspections, then use the inspection results to chip away at the price they had already offered. I feel like I was truly blessed in finding Maple Home Buyers. I received a more than fair offer, with no contingencies, inspections, assignments etc. Maple even paid the local document transfer fee, which none of the others I dealt with were going to pay.
